6. Subscriptions and payments

Kids AI Mentor is offered as a family subscription. One paying account owner covers access for linked spouse accounts at no additional charge.

Where consumer law applies (including EU/German consumer rights), statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.

7. Intellectual property

All software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks in the Services are owned by Kids AI Mentor or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial family use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Datenschutzerklärung explain how we process personal data. They form part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not provide medical, psychological, or educational professional advice. Habit tools are supplementary; parents remain responsible for their children’s wellbeing and screen time.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including mandatory consumer protections in Germany and the EU).

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. liability limits where permitted, intellectual property) remain in effect.

Otherwise, disputes are subject to the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Germany unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
