Delete your data in Kids AI Mentor

Use this page to remove some of your data in Kids AI Mentor while keeping your parent account. To delete your entire account instead, see Delete your account.
Delete a child profile (and all of their data)
- Open the Kids AI Mentor app.
- Sign in with your parent account.
- Go to Settings.
- Find the child under Your children.
- Tap Delete next to their name and confirm.
This permanently removes that child’s profile, habits, completion history, streaks, and progress from our servers. Your parent account and other children (if any) are not affected.
Delete individual habits or tasks
- Open the app and select the child.
- Go to Manage tasks (add/manage tasks).
- Tap delete on the habit or task you want to remove and confirm.
This removes that task and its completion records. The child profile and other tasks remain.
Request deletion by email
To delete specific data you cannot remove in the app, email us from your registered account address:

Subject line: Kids AI Mentor data deletion request
Include:
- Your registered email address
- What you want deleted (e.g. one child profile, task history for a date range, spouse invite)
We will verify ownership and complete the request within 30 days (usually sooner).
What is deleted
Depending on the option you choose:
- Delete child: child name, birthdate/age, avatar, habits, completions, streaks, curriculum assignments, and progress for that child
- Delete task: that habit/task and its completion history only
- Email request: the specific data you identify, once verified
Your parent login (email and password) stays active unless you also delete your account.
What we keep (and for how long)
- Your parent account — kept until you delete it (see Delete account)
- Other children and tasks — kept if you did not delete them
- Server security logs (e.g. IP address, timestamps) — up to 90 days, then deleted automatically unless needed for security
- Backup copies of deleted data — up to 30 days in encrypted backups, then overwritten
Clear data on your device
Cached app data on your phone (e.g. login token, offline snapshots) is removed when you log out, delete relevant content in the app, or uninstall Kids AI Mentor.
